Concord is seeking an IT Support Associate in Mexico City to assist with workstation, printer, and network troubleshooting. You will install and upgrade software/hardware, manage user accounts, and help colleagues with training needs. Strong English skills are required, Spanish a plus.

Formación

• 0-2 years of experience in IT field; degree a plus but not required.
• Must be self-motivated with limited supervision.
• Strong verbal and written English; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
• Good organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work more than 40 hours per week depending on workload.

Responsabilidades

• Support and troubleshoot workstations, printers, network, and applications.
• Support/install/upgrade software and hardware products.
• Add/delete/maintain users on the network; create Windows logins, email accounts, and security.
• Suggest training ideas for users based on resolved requests.
