The ideal candidate should have a BS degree in IT or Computer Science, proven help desk experience, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include monitoring network performance, providing technical assistance, and managing IT assets.

Formación

• Proven working experience in providing help desk support and network engineering.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills are necessary.
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking abilities are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and install computer and mobile equipment under standards.
• Provide onsite and remote support to users for software issues.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problems.
