Schneider Electric in Tlaxcala, Mexico seeks an IT Operations Internship to gain hands-on experience supporting daily activities in a manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with IT Projects Coordination, Vendors and Digital Support teams, assist with OT cybersecurity tasks, and learn how IT supports production and shipping processes. Morning on-site availability is required, with graduation in December 2027 or later.

Formación

• Currently studying Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or IT-related field, graduating December 2027 or later.
• Intermediate/Advanced English.
• Basic knowledge of networks and infrastructure.
• Desirable knowledge of cybersecurity/AI topics.
• Desirable knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau.
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach.
• Proactive attitude with eagerness to build a career in IT/Digital.

Responsabilidades

What will you do?

• IT Projects Coordination: Collaborate with key users, Vendors and Digital Support teams (connectivity, network security, infrastructure services, etc.) to reach shared goals, ensuring business continuity.
• Vendor management: Coordinate with Digital vendors to attend business needs.
• OT Cybersecurity support: Monitor vulnerabilities, possible threads, alerts and Firewall Rules in OT network.
• IT Support for Operations: Provide support for printers (labels/paper), production lines, and shipping processes in a manufacturing environment

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

• Currently studying Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent (IT/Digital related), and graduating inDecember 2027or later.
• Intermediate/Advanced English.
• Basic knowledge of networks, infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity/AI topics (desirable).
• Knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau (desirable).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
• Proactive attitude with eagerness to build a career in IT/Digital
