Job summary

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions in Nogales, MX is seeking an IP&E Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations and sustainment activities. The role emphasizes process improvement, fixture knowledge, and hands-on production guidance in a hybrid work setting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate opportunities, interpret assembly drawings, and manage ECO/ECN changes, while contributing to Lean initiatives and quality improvements across the supply

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing environments.
• Advanced English skills (spoken and written).
• Experience interpreting assembly drawings.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Review new opportunities and validate requirements.
• Knowledge of fixtures and standardized procedures (Sustaining Eng).
• Lead process improvement initiatives (Lean, 6S, Kaizen).
• Provide direct production support and guidance on tool usage and part validation.
• Manage Engineering Change Orders/Notifications (ECOs/ECNs).

What You'll Do

• New Opportunity Review: Validation
• Knowledge of Fixtures: Must be explicitly listed on their CV / Sustaining Engineering (standardized procedures to prevent errors)
• Process Improvement: Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing / 6S / Kaizen
• Direct Production Support: Hands-on guidance (e.g., proper tool usage, part validation)
• Engineering Change Management: Proven experience with ECOs / ECNs (Engineering Change Orders / Notifications)

Who We're looking for

• +2 years of experience in similar roles, within manufacturing environments.
• Advanced English skills (Conversational and written).
• Experience with Assembly Draws interpretation.
• Experience in manufacturing process.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This position is part of a hybrid work arrangement requiring employee to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$31,575.00 - $45,833.33 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
