Arrow Electronics is hiring an IP&E Manufacturing Engineer in Nogales, Sonora. The role focuses on validation, sustaining engineering, and process improvement within a hybrid work arrangement. You will support assembly drawing interpretation, fixture knowledge, and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing, strong English communication, and experience with ECOs/ECNs to drive production changes and problem-solving in a global supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced English required for communication in cross-functional teams.
• Experience interpreting assembly drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with ECOs/ECNs and engineering change management.
• Knowledge of fixtures and sustaining engineering practices.
• 2+ years in manufacturing roles with hands-on guidance and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Review new opportunities and perform validation.
• Apply knowledge of fixtures and sustaining engineering to prevent errors.
• Drive continuous improvement with Lean, 6S, Kaizen in production.
• Provide direct production support and proper tool usage guidance.
• Lead engineering change processes (ECOs/ECNs) to implement changes.
