Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a dedicated Logistics Training Coordinator to support onboarding and ongoing training within our Zapopan, Mexico facility. This role focuses on organizing sessions, preparing materials, and delivering New Hire Orientation and annual trainings in English.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of training support experience, strong MS Office skills, and excels in communication, time management, and organization to coordinate multiple sessions and keep accurate records in ETQ.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience supporting the training team, onboarding new employees.
• Proficient using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to plan ahead.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage training materials and resources.
• Logistics Management: Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, printing of training materials and participant rosters.
• Training Delivery: Facilitate New Hire Orientation/ Annual Training sessions.
• Evaluation and Reporting: Maintain records in ETQ.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2 years of experience supporting the training team, onboarding new employees.
• Proficient using Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in English.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively convey information and engage participants in all areas of training.
• Time Management Skills: Plans onboarding based on hiring forecasts and preparing materials well in advance.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple training programs and logistics efficiently.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$19,991.67 - $26,000.00 MXN Monthly. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
