The role reports to the Customer Service Manager and involves coordinating with Logistics, Purchasing and Administration, handling high volumes of data, and maintaining updated customer files. A college degree and 3+ years of relevant experience are desirable, with fluent English preferred; strong Excel, Outlook, Word

• Written reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information to managers, clients and customers.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
• Detail-oriented organizational skills.
• Drive to excel with integrity and results.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze orders to ensure they are invoiced and closed.
• Gather documents required by administration to release orders for invoicing.
• Resolve issues in Purchase Orders, customer orders, or Packing Lists.
• Maintain low past-due invoicing and keep shipping/receiving records.
• Communicate professionally with Logistics, Purchasing and Administration.
