Valmont Industries, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Representative to analyze orders, ensure invoicing and compliance, and support the Monterrey site.

Key duties include gathering documents for invoicing, resolving PO and packing list issues, and backing up order entry while coordinating with Logistics, Purchasing and Administration. Strong data skills and Excel proficiency are essential.

Formación

• College degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English language desirable (spoken and written).
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures.
• Ability to present information to groups of managers, clients, and the public.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
• Detail-oriented organizational skills.
• Integrity and drive to excel with exceptional results.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze customer orders to ensure they are invoiced and closed.
• Gather documents required by administration to release orders for invoicing.
• Resolve issues in purchase orders, customer orders, or packing lists.
• Keep Past Due Invoicing metrics as low as possible.
• Maintain records of shipping/receiving documents.
• Back up customer order / intercompany order entry in the system.
• Manage multiple priorities with a cooperative, objective attitude.
• Communicate professionally with Logistics, Purchasing and Administration.
• Adapt to fast-paced environment and respond to various situations.
