Vestas is seeking an Area Stock Keeper Manager in Oaxaca to oversee stock keeping across service sites, ensure inventory accuracy, and support SAP processes. You will lead site stock keepers, develop reports, and drive performance with strong leadership and collaboration across the supply chain.

The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work with remote teams, and willingness to travel to service sites as needed. A valid driver’s license and commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock keeping across multiple service sites.
• Strong inventory control and accuracy.
• Experience with SAP support.
• Ability to develop reports on consumption, availability, inventory accuracy.
• Willing to travel and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide business oversight to area and site stock keepers for daily needs.
• Develop and create regular reporting for consumption, availability, inventory accuracy.
• Maintain budgeting data for stock keepers related to head count requirements.
• Responsible for metrics and dashboards driving performance and cost-out opportunities.
• Develop remote employees that model Vestas values and standards.
• Be a safety champion and promote standards across sites.
• Implement strategic supply initiatives to meet targets.
• Develop policies to minimize risk and streamline processes.
• Maintain inventory controls including work orders and warehouse management.
• Act as central contact for regional service sites for inventory needs.
• Communicate with service site leadership to manage expectations.
• Capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate leadership in coaching and developing employees.
