Job summary

Vestas American Wind Technology is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead in Monterrey to coordinate daily warehouse activities across multiple sites, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely material flow.

You will supervise inventory, monitor inbound and outbound transactions in SAP, and develop warehouse personnel through coaching, while collaborating with Supply Chain, Planning and field operations to support business continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse operations with a focus on safety and quality.
• Strong ability to supervise inventory control across multiple sites (MTY, Veracruz, Altamira).
• Experience monitoring inbound/outbound material transactions for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to coach and develop warehouse personnel.

Job description

The Warehouse Operations team is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials that support Vestas operations across multiple locations. The team works closely with Supply Chain, Transport, Planning, Procurement and field operations to maintain inventory accuracy, meet customer requirements, and support business continuity through efficient warehouse management practices

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Supervise inventory control activities across MTY, Veracruz and Altamira WH
• Monitor inbound and outbound material transactions to ensure accuracy and timely execution
• Support special material requirements and urgent operational request
• Ensure SAP transactions are completed accurately and on time
• Support and develop warehouse personal through coaching and daily guidance
