You will manage inventory accuracy, coordinate with purchasing and production, train staff, and implement process improvements to reduce waste and costs.

Qualifications

• Completed professional degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in material management or inventory control.
• SAP proficiency; WMS and MM modules desirable.
• Strong analytical skills focused on process optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Ensure requested materials are available and complete.
• Supervise picking and packing processes.
• Monitor timing and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Check inventory levels and report shortages or excesses.
• Identify system discrepancies and suggest corrections.
• Oversee material reception and proper storage.
• Control outbound flows to production.
• Assign tasks to warehouse staff and train the team.
• Evaluate performance and motivate the team to achieve goals.
• Propose efficiency improvements in picking operations.
• Identify bottlenecks or recurring errors.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and production departments.
• Generate reports on picking performance and productivity.
• Maintain accurate records in the system.
