Job summary

Vertiv in Mexico (Tijuana) seeks an Inventory Analyst to support the Materials and Inventory organization by delivering hands-on analysis, reporting, and data governance that improves supply chain performance. You will focus on visibility into DIO drivers, MRP parameter governance, and E&O reporting.

You will collaborate with Regional Materials, Purchasing, Planning, and Finance to ensure accurate data, identify shortages, and provide actionable dashboards for weekly and monthly reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years post-college analytics, supply chain, operations, or materials experience.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data structuring).
• Ability to analyze large, imperfect datasets.

Responsibilities

• Build new and repeatable inventory reports to create visibility into DIO drivers, fast-turning materials, shortages and stockouts, backlog/work order alignment, and delivery frequency.
• Pull, clean, and analyze large datasets to ensure data is usable and accurate despite imperfections.
• Prepare concise summaries and dashboards for weekly and monthly inventory reviews.
• Conduct first-pass analysis to validate trends or discrepancies before escalating to leadership.
