Job summary

Johnson Controls in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and manage a team responsible for receiving and shipping to production plants. You will review procedures to meet customer needs and maintain inventory accuracy above 95%.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 3–5 years in warehouse management, with SAP or similar ERP, KPI knowledge, and strong teamwork and training skills. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in receiving and shipping warehouse management.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics coordination.
Ability to train employees and follow up their performance.
Main focus to maintain accuracy levels greater than 95%.
Knowledge of KPI’s.
SAP knowledge or similar ERP.
Ability to motivate teams to meet daily goals.
Teamwork oriented across the organization.

Responsibilities

Supervising warehouse daily activities.
Manage and train a team to receive and ship products to JCI production plants.
Review and change procedures to meet and exceed customer needs.
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
