Job summary

Vestas American Wind Technology is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead in Monterrey to coordinate daily warehouse activities across multiple sites, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely material flow.

You will supervise inventory, monitor inbound and outbound transactions in SAP, and develop warehouse personnel through coaching, while collaborating with Supply Chain, Planning and field operations to support business continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse operations with a focus on safety and quality.
• Strong ability to supervise inventory control across multiple sites (MTY, Veracruz, Altamira).
• Experience monitoring inbound/outbound material transactions for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to coach and develop warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Supervise inventory control activities across MTY, Veracruz and Altamira WH.
• Monitor inbound and outbound material transactions for accuracy and timely execution.
• Support special material requirements and urgent operational requests.
• Ensure SAP transactions are completed accurately and on time.
• Support and develop warehouse personnel through coaching and daily guidance.
