Job summary

Daimler Buses Mexico, part of the Daimler Truck group, seeks an Intralogistics Assistant Manager to lead inbound, warehousing and line-feeding operations at The Bus House in García, Nuevo León. You will develop talent, drive safety and continuous improvement, and ensure warehouse and material flow support uninterrupted production.

Minimum 5 years in automotive manufacturing or planning, with experience in SAP Warehouse, MMOG, and APICS principles.

Qualifications

Industrial Engineering or related field required.
Minimum 5 years in automotive manufacturing, planning, or material supply.
Experience leading teams and managing change in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SAP Warehouse and MMOG standards; APICS knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee inbound material management and traffic coordination, ensuring OEA compliance.
Lead warehousing strategy, inventory accuracy and cycle counting.
Define and implement line-feeding strategies (Kanban, Kitting, One-Piece Flow).
Manage people: training, hiring, and organizational changes.
Ensure compliance with Daimler safety and environmental standards and ISO requirements.
Collaborate with Manufacturing to align material supply and changeovers.
