Daimler Buses Mexico is seeking an Intralogistics Assistant Manager to lead material reception, storage, line feeding, and inventory control for production lines. You will drive efficiency while ensuring compliance with MMOG, OEA, ISO and Daimler Safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive manufacturing and strong leadership to develop talent while maintaining safe, continuous operations on-site in García, NL.

Competenze

• Industrial or mechanical engineering degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in Automotive/Manufacturing/Planning and People Management.
• Experience with SAP WM and logistics modules; lean and continuous improvement knowledge.

Mansioni

• Intralogistics strategy for receipt, storage, line feeding of production materials.
• Ensure MMOG, BOS, OEA, and Daimler safety standards compliance.
• Drive inventory accuracy, material preservation, on-time material availability.
• Define and implement supply strategies (Kanban, Kitting, One-Piece Flow, CKD, PbP).
• Lead people management, training and staffing; incident management.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing for changeover planning and material supply alignment.
