Daimler Buses Mexico is seeking a Production & Intralogistics Manager to lead production, intralogistics, parts fabrication, maintenance and facilities strategies at the García plant.

You will drive continuous improvement, ensure SQDCM targets, maintain ISO and SITS compliance, develop talent, and align cross-functional priorities to deliver reliable operations for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading large teams within the automotive industry.
• Experience in production, assembly lines, intralogistics, parts fabrication, maintenance, and facilities planning.
• Leadership program certification: ELJ / PV44 required.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality systems.

Responsabilités

• Define, implement, and lead Production, Intralogistics, Parts Fabrication, Maintenance, and Facilities strategies to meet SQDCM targets.
• Ensure production plan fulfillment (SOP/SOD) while complying with quality, safety, environmental, delivery, and cost standards.
• Lead intralogistics to ensure inventory accuracy and material availability for assembly.
• Manage Parts Fabrication to ensure IHP parts availability with quality and cost objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
