Responsibilities

• Manage inbound truck inventory and coordinate truck flow and work scheduling of trucks through modification bays and PDI lanes
• Ensure ready state of parts availability and support logistics flow to maintain on time delivery
• Ensure processing and translation of quotes, work orders and invoicing as well as proper labor allocation to achieve and maintain financial results
• Communicate with Central Group in US, Sales, Field Service, dealers and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure specific fleet requests are executed properly with high quality
• Develop and maintain annual budgets and CapEx projects. Align and drive behaviors to achieve ideal results by monitoring and coaching achievements of all KPI’s.
• Assist and lead with the coordination of customer visits and CX initiatives to aid in an increased penetration for on highway markets and in the Mexico markets as a whole.
