Robert Bosch Group in Celaya, Mexico is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee putaway and picking of raw materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and manage archive-related warehouse KPI reporting. You will lead a small team, coordinate training and daily work plans, and conduct performance evaluations, while driving safety, quality and process improvements.

Experience with ISO/TS16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, OEA/CTPAT, SAP logistics and payroll modules is highly valued.

Formación

• 3+ years of supervisor experience in the automotive industry.
• Quality, safety, health and environmental management - ISO/TS16949, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
• OEA and CTPAT controls.
• Warehouse and inventory control policies and procedures.
• Experience in lean tools (Kanban, Ship to line, pull system, supermarkets).
• Problem solving methods (5 Why’s, Is/is not, cause–effect diagram).
• Attend internal audits.
• SAP system in Logistics and payroll modules.
• Set up payroll, attendance procedure.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee warehouse activities including putaway and picking of raw materials and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Manage warehouse associated archive and other KPI reporting.
• Personnel management responsibilities include training, planning, assigning daily work and conducting performance evaluations.
