Job summary

Daimler Truck AG in Mexico is seeking a seasoned logistics/operations professional to manage inbound truck inventory, coordinate truck flow, and schedule work in modification bays and PDI lanes. You will align with TMP on quality and CX initiatives, lead teams, and coordinate with the Central Group in the US, Sales, Field Service, dealers and customers to ensure on-time delivery.

BS in Engineering or Business, 4+ years in dealership operations, IMS experience, and fluency in English and Spanish

Qualifications

• 4+ years in truck operations or related field.
• Experience with IMS and dealership processes.
• Scheduling queue theory and logistics planning.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in English (C1) and Spanish (C1).

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound truck inventory and coordinate truck flow.
• Schedule work in modification bays and PDI lanes.
• Align with TMP on quality concerns and CX initiatives.
• Communicate with Central Group in US, Sales, Field Service, dealers and customers.
