Karat's Interview Delivery team is seeking a Supply Acquisition Coordinator to build and maintain a high-quality network of interviewers across Mexico City, coordinating outreach and onboarding to meet supply growth goals.

You will partner with Interview Delivery, Marketing, Product, Analytics and Operations to attract exceptional interviewers, optimize recruitment processes, and deliver a seamless candidate experience while supporting scalable, data-driven hiring outcomes.

Formación

• 3+ years in marketplace operations, supply acquisition or recruiting coordination.
• Strong organizational and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms; LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute interviewer acquisition activities, including sourcing, outreach, and onboarding.
• Use AI-powered tools to support screening and improve candidate quality.
• Coordinate across teams to improve recruitment efficiency and interviewer conversion.
• Track and report on key supply acquisition metrics and retention trends.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and documentation in ATS and workflow tools.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to recruiting processes.
