Karat, the world's largest interviewing company, is seeking a Supply Acquisition Coordinator for the Interview Delivery team. You will help build a high-quality network of interviewers, support recruitment outreach, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while coordinating with marketing, product, analytics, and operations.

You will use AI-powered tools to screen candidates, track funnel metrics, and maintain clean pipeline data in ATS.

Formación

• 3+ years in marketplace ops, supply acquisition, recruiting coordination, or related field.
• Strong organization and project management in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with ATS/workflow tools (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with ability to build scalable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customer-focused candidate engagement.
• Collaborative with cross-team stakeholders; strong relationship skills.
• Advanced English (CEFR B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Execute interviewer acquisition activities to support supply growth.
• Use AI-powered tools to support screening and improve candidate quality.
• Coordinate across teams to improve recruitment efficiency and interviewer conversion.
• Track and report key supply acquisition metrics.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in ATS and workflow systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
