Klar S.A de C.V. in Mexico City is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our hybrid team.

The role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and selecting exceptional talent while closely partnering with hiring managers to fill strategic roles across business and tech functions. You will manage high-volume applications in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong communication, and drive process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in-house for B2B/Commercial roles.
• Ability to manage high-volume applications in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem solving.
• Very organized and detail oriented.
• Startup lover and passionate about people.
• Advanced English level.
• Knowledge of hiring tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, processes and latest hiring trends.
• Experience recruiting for wide range of business or tech positions.

Responsabilidades

• Working closely with hiring managers, and assisting them in their hiring needs
• Actively sourcing, interviewing and selecting exceptional talent
• Managing full-cycle recruitment processes for business teams
• Supporting the recruitment processes for our teams
• Scheduling interviews for our TA team and interviewers
