FedEx Logistics seeks a seasoned marketing leader to plan, organize, and direct international marketing strategies and programs in a dynamic region. You will train and motivate a team of marketing specialists and help manage the annual advertising/promotions budget.

The role requires 5+ years of marketing or sales experience in a corporate setting (4+ in marketing), fluency in English and the local language, and preferred international experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 5 years of professional marketing or sales experience in a corporate environment, of which 4 years must be in marketing.
• Fluency in English and local language; international marketing or sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, direct and control marketing strategies and programs in a specified area of international marketing.
• Select, train, develop and motivate staff of marketing specialists; assist in budget administration.
• Monitor marketing programs; analyze pricing, volume forecasts and competitive activity; provide reports to management.
