Rapido Solutions Group in León, Mexico is seeking a Customer Service Representative to schedule deliveries, trace loads and respond to issues that arise during the day.

You will enter orders in the computer system, monitor on-time performance for drivers, prepare tracking reports, and coordinate with dispatchers to resolve problems. This role requires clear written and verbal communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and independent decision-making.

Formación

• Experience in intermodal transportation or import/export business preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and data entry.
• Flexible; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule deliveries and trace loads.
• Respond to problems during the day regarding pickups/deliveries.
• Enter accurate customer orders in the computer system.
• Monitor on-time performance for driver deliveries and pickups.
• Prepare tracking reports.
• Communicate with Dispatchers to resolve load issues.
• Trace and monitor loads to prevent problems.
• Other duties as assigned.
