Rapido Solutions Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative in León, Guanajuato to coordinate deliveries, trace loads, and address issues that arise for pickups and deliveries. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, customer order processing, and proactive communication with Dispatchers.

Candidates should have experience in intermodal transportation, excellent written and verbal communication, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in intermodal transportation or import/export preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong computer literacy and software skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule deliveries and coordinate loads.
• Enter customer orders accurately into the system.
• Monitor on-time performance for drivers and pickups.
• Prepare tracking reports and share updates with stakeholders.
• Understand and follow carrier and rail operations rules.
• Communicate with Dispatchers to resolve loading or transport issues.
• Trace and monitor loads to prevent problems.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
