MezTal is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join a growing customer-facing technical team in Mexico. The role sits between customer support and software engineering, requiring strong problem solving, the ability to review configurations, and occasional coding.

You will engage with APIs, webhooks, and migrations to onboard and implement new customers. Strong communication and English proficiency are required, with a hybrid work arrangement across Mexico and US operations.

Formación

• Experience in technical support or implementation roles.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across integrations and configurations.
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to customers in clear language.
• Experience with software integrations (APIs, webhooks, Zapier).

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced technical support for customers, handling issues beyond frontline support.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across product functionality, configurations, integrations, and workflows.
• Investigate problems independently and move beyond predefined procedures when needed.
• Communicate with customers to understand issues and guide troubleshooting steps.
• Review code, configurations, logs, or docs to diagnose problems when needed.
• Work with integrations and connected systems, including APIs and automation tools.
• Assist with onboarding, implementation, migrations, and integrations for new customers.
• Escalate to Product or Engineering when necessary.
• Document recurring issues and troubleshooting approaches to improve support.
