Job summary

Inventus Power México is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support customers and grow the business. This role will be the primary client contact, learning each customer's products, systems and strategies, with a focus on order processing, forecasting, and change requests.

The position requires collaboration with our global sales organization and key functions to ensure execution of annual sales plan goals. Strong English and Spanish skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent customer service/inside sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service, inside sales or sales support; manufacturing env preferred.
• Bilingual: 90% English, 100% Spanish.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with MS Office; willing to learn new systems (Salesforce, MRP platforms).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of MRP II and JIT; CPIM/APICS certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers; support orders and inquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and global teams to meet annual sales plans.
• Learn and understand each customer's products, systems and business strategies.
• Process orders, forecast and secure order coverage; manage change requests.
• Provide timely, world-class customer service and maintain quality compliance.

• The Inside Sales Representative will work cooperatively with Sales, Operations, and key functional areas to support customers and grow the business.
• This individual will be the primary contact for our clients and will provide world-class customer service.
• The Inside Sales Representative will be assigned specific customers and will learn about each customer's products, unique business systems, and strategies.
• Activities are focused on order processing, obtaining order coverage and forecasting, managing change requests, and frequent communication with customers.
• This role requires a high degree of collaboration with our global sales organization and key functional areas to ensure the execution of our annual sales plan goals.
• Comply with applicable Quality and Environmental Management System requirements.

• Associate degree in technical or commercial discipline or equivalent customer service and / or inside sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a customer service, inside sales or sales support role. Experience in a preferred manufacturing environment.
• 90% English, 100% Spanish
• Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point). Ability and willingness to learn new systems (SalesForce.com, MRP platforms, others).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal teams.
• Knowledge of MRP II and JIT Systems. Certification in APICs / CPIM is desirable
