Flix is seeking a Real Estate Locator to shape strategy and manage infrastructure across the Mexico region. You will identify new markets, lead land and space negotiations, validate legal documents, and coordinate with owners, developers, and legal teams to finalize contracts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in corporate real estate, knowledge of land documentation, willingness to travel, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in corporate real estate and site selection / expansion.
• Strong knowledge of land documentation and legal processes.
• Willingness to travel is essential.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new markets and location opportunities aligned with Flix expansion strategy.
• Lead sourcing, negotiation and closing of contracts for land or space.
• Oversee validation of legal documents for feasibility and contract strategy.
• Coordinate with owners, developers, and legal teams to finalize contracts.
