Job summary

Search Talent Innovation in Mexico seeks an IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology through process analysis, IT solution design, and managing the full implementation lifecycle.

You will gather requirements, design tests, coordinate UAT, and support deployments, with emphasis on ERP modules and Agile/Waterfall practices. Strong English is essential for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience delivering end-to-end IT solutions from requirements to adoption.
• ERP knowledge (Materials Management, Finance, or Operations) preferred.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies; Jira, Asana, or MS Project preferred.
• Advanced English required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Design test plans, coordinate UAT, and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate software implementation, releases, and post-deployment monitoring.
• Develop user training and documentation for effective adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system efficiency.
