Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Administration, International Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Product Manager or similar role.
• Experience in B2B industrial companies and supplier management, product development, pricing, margins, and inventory planning.
• Advanced English for meetings, negotiations, and technical documentation.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned product portfolio, including sales performance and lifecycle.
• Define and execute growth strategies by category, segment, and channel.
• Identify product development and new market opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
• Analyze costs, pricing, margins, and profitability by product line.
• Coordinate new product launches and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Provide technical and commercial support to sales teams and distributors.
• Develop sales tools, presentations, data sheets, and training materials.
• Participate in demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Monitor inventory levels, turnover, obsolescence, and service performance.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Supply Chain for availability and competitiveness.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends.
• Participate in commercial negotiations with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Track KPIs and prepare executive reports for senior management.
