Eaton Corporation seeks an Inside Sales Engineer for GEIS to provide critical pre-sales support for Crouse-Hinds series industrial products. You will collaborate with outside sales, management, and customers to grow the utility segment while achieving quotas and margin goals.

The role emphasizes technical and commercial support, cross-functional coordination, and responsive quotation packaging to win business and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of customer interfacing experience.
• Experience with electrical/technical products preferred.
• Fully bilingual in English (read/write/speak).
• SAP software and MS Office proficiency needed.

Responsibilities

• Support sales regions, outside sales reps and agents on customer quotations.
• Handle technical inquiries, product applications, materials, and standard terms for product sales.
• Perform cross-reference requests to support conversions from competitor products.
• Increase knowledge of Eaton Crouse-Hinds series products and applications.
• Act as a technical and commercial resource to support pre-sale activities and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotation packages for simple to moderate complex projects.
• Determine bill of materials, pricing, and shipment cycle within market segment.
• Facilitate timely solutions to customer issues using available resources.
• Maintain high-level professional commercial relations with customers.
