Safran Group in Mexicali, Mexico, is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support production assembly processes. You will analyze workflows, define efficient sequences, and collaborate with design engineering to improve manufacturability.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Industrial, mechanical, mechatronic or electronic engineering, 5+ years of experience, and English proficiency. Green belt certification is desirable. This permanent, full-time position offers growth in a global aerospace leader.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, mechanical, mechatronic or electronic engineering.
• Experience in a similar position, supervisor, quality engineer.
• Green belt certification desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to Operations to improve flow of manufacturing.
• Define most efficient sequence of operations and maximize facility utilization.
• Interface with design engineering to improve manufacturability.
• Use Lean principles for cost control, inventory management and cost targets.
• Plan, execute and document engineering economics challenges.
