Sanmina in Reynosa, MX is hiring an Industrial Engineer/Design 3 to lead process improvements and standard work across the facility. The role focuses on optimizing manufacturing flows, layouts, and work methods to boost efficiency and safety.

Candidates should have a BA in related field, at least 5 years in manufacturing, knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, AutoCAD experience, lean tools, and proficiency with MS Office. Automotive industry experience is a plus.

Formación

• BA in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or process improvement engineering or similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and flow control and power systems.
• Experience with AutoCAD
• Experience in automotive industry (a plus)
• Continuous improvement and lean tool experience.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process improvements and standard work across the facility.
• Perform work measurement and workflow analysis to establish standards.
• Develop plant layouts, capacity plans, and safe workflows.
• Provide assembly instructions and standardize practices.
• Evaluate new techniques for production improvements.
