Chamberlain Group México in Nogales is seeking a Lean/Manufacturing Engineer to assist Kaizen and VSM initiatives. You will collect and analyze data to identify root causes and drive cross-functional improvements, while supporting leadership with event materials and follow-up actions.

Required: 2+ years in manufacturing/lean roles, a Bachelor's degree, and Lean certifications (Certified Lean/Green Belt). Knowledge of Autocad and Minitab is a plus, with a focus on standardizing processes and KPIs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Lean Manufacturing Certification and Green Belt preferred.
• 2+ years as Manufacturing or Lean Engineer.
• Knowledge of Lean tools and implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in identifying stakeholders and objectives for Kaizen events and VSMs.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data to understand root causes and drivers.
• Provide process improvement training and support lean implementations.
• Prepare materials for leadership events and follow-up to ensure results.
• Define business metrics and help establish KPIs and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for waste reduction with cross-functional teams.
• Create standardized processes and ensure standardized operating systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold health and safety compliance.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date through training and professional networks.
