A leading aerospace manufacturer in Mexicali seeks a Lean Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance Lean methodologies across the organization. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within the aerospace sector, and hold a Green Belt certification. Responsibilities include coaching staff on Lean principles, maintaining documentation, and facilitating kaizen events. Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD is required. Competitive salary offered.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
• Certified as Green Belt (strongly preferred).
• Lean/Six Sigma Methodologies expertise.
• Aerospace industry experience is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in creating Lean deployment plans.
• Coaches and mentors operations and functional leaders on Lean tools and management systems.
• Drives Continuous Improvement across the plant.
• Provides training on Lean tools and principles to employees.
