Flex is seeking a Commodity Manager Indirect in Guadalajara, North Campus, reporting to the Commodity Manager Indirect. You will oversee indirect material sourcing, supplier base management, and strategic commodity planning to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.

You will partner with regional and global teams to drive savings, negotiate with suppliers, and develop scope of work for services to optimize project costs. Flex offers a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing indirect goods and service categories.
• Experience leading complex sourcing events and commercial negotiations.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and control functions.
• Experience presenting recommendations, risks, and results to senior management
• Formal training in contract management, finance, data analytics, or negotiation.

Responsabilidades

• Support indirect material sourcing and supply base management strategies and policies, working with regional and global teams.
• Develop strategies with regional/global teams to drive synergy savings.
• Implement and communicate strategic commodity plans to meet site performance goals.
• Meet or exceed cost reduction goals with time frames and build long-term relationships.
• Monitor market conditions, technology roadmaps, and supply-demand trends.
• Collaborate with site purchasing managers to define scope of work for services to optimize costs.
• Provide guidance for resolution of complex estimating and procurement assignments.
• Work with regional teams and site NPP/MRO to drive savings across sites.
