Flex is seeking a Supply Chain Solution Manager in Guadalajara (North) to direct planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of supply chain processes. You will oversee methods and processes for new and existing products, manage supplier relations, and work with senior managers on strategic plans.

The role requires a BA/BS, experience in SCM disciplines, leadership and negotiation skills, English fluency, cross-functional teamwork, and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in one or more disciplines of supply chain management and operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills in achieving favorable cost and service provisions.
• Self-starter, highly motivated and able to effectively achieve results autonomously.
• Fluent in writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Typically requires a minimum of years of supply chain management experience or related field, including broad based management and supervision.
• Experience Leading Cross Functional teams.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, MPS end to end process.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Experience on SQL, Data Management, Macro Implementation.
• Experience in MRP System, Kinaxis, and Office.
• Available for traveling 30% of the time ( VISA and Passport)

Responsabilidades

• Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations-
• Checks materials related to data research.
• Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and goals.
• Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and oversees planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
• Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial drives
• Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.
