Flex is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for Guadalajara, North, to lead planning, development, and maintenance of supply chain processes. You will oversee vendor and customer contracts, materials data checks, and collaborate with senior managers on strategic plans.

The role requires a BA/BS/MBA or equivalent, extensive experience in manufacturing supply chain, leadership, and fluent English. You will interact with executives, customers, and suppliers while driving cost, service, and delivery

Formación

• Solid experience in supply chain management and operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, coordinating cross-functional work teams and interacting effectively with internal stakeholders, executives, customers, and suppliers.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills in achieving favorable cost and service provisions.
• Fluent English across multiple geographic regions and business levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
