1840 & Company is seeking an experienced BPO Trainer to support inbound operations in a fast-paced contact center. The role emphasizes delivering instructor-led and virtual training, onboarding program development, and aligning training with business goals across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate will have a solid BPO background, experience with inbound accounts, and strong presentation and communication skills to coach agents and drive performance improvements in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a training role.
• Solid understanding of inbound accounts and contact center operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver classroom and/or virtual training for inbound customer support agents.
• Facilitate onboarding and continuous training programs within a BPO environment.
• Ensure agents are fully prepared to handle inbound accounts effectively.
• Adapt training content to meet operational needs and performance standards.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to align training with business objectives.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
