Job summary

Virtual Property Management Solutions, LLC is seeking an in-house SEO lead to own search visibility from the ground up. You will fully implement Semrush, including the Local toolkit, and build dashboards and monthly reports for leadership.

You will fix technical issues, optimize for search engines and AI crawlers, earn quality backlinks, create content, grow Google reviews, and clean up citations. You will collaborate with our AI Automation Specialist and leverage Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to

Qualifications

Hands-on SEO experience, including local SEO and technical SEO.
Advanced Semrush experience: setting up projects, audits, position tracking, and backlink analysis.
Proven results improving rankings and Google Maps visibility.
Experience earning quality backlinks through outreach.
Experience growing online reviews and managing citations and directory listings.
Daily use of Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Gemini with real-world work.
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Clear, accurate writing in English.
Organized and self-directed, with regular progress updates while working remotely.
Available to work 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific time.

Responsibilities

Build out Semrush from the ground up, including Semrush Local toolkit, dashboards, and reports.
Fix website errors and ensure AI-friendly crawlability and readability.
Earn quality backlinks through outreach and monitor backlink profile.
Create and publish content based on keyword research, with AI-assisted drafting and human editing.
Grow Google reviews and manage citations and directory listings.
Automate repeat SEO tasks and collaborate with AI Automation Specialist across the company.
Use Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Gemini to write code and speed up daily work.
