Just Outsource It is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to own organic search strategies for U.S. clients. You will run technical audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization, while managing local search and AI-driven discovery efforts.

You will work with WordPress-based sites and multi-location brands, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and growth for clients.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on SEO experience, ideally at an agency.
• C1 English — you'll present findings and strategy directly to U.S. clients.
• Technical audits: identify issues, explain impact, rank fixes by business value.
• Keyword research, search intent analysis, content planning, on-page optimization.
• Local SEO: Google Business Profile, citations, multi-location clients.
• Experience with GA4, Semrush or Ahrefs, and at least one CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow).
• Familiarity with AI search concepts (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT) and schema impact.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Bonus: e-commerce SEO, structured data, link building, and digital PR.
