Huawei Technologies in Santa Fe, Mexico City (CDMX) is seeking an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit ICT professionals across networking, cloud, data centers, and telecommunications. The role partners with hiring managers to understand needs and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and deep understanding of ICT positions, with fluent English required for this onsite role in Santa Fe.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven IT Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruitment experience.
• Strong recruitment for ICT-related roles and knowledge of ICT technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for ICT and technology positions.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams; assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs; provide market insights and hiring recommendations.
