Job summary

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Monterrey. You will partner with hiring managers to source top talent, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and build strategic pipelines for specialized engineering roles across multiple countries.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in recruiting, ATS experience, and fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English. Travel up to 10% and collaboration with global teams are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting in corporate and agency settings.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting specialized engineering and technical roles across multiple countries.
• Proven track record of building top talent pipelines.
• Solid knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
• Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to source and attract top global talent.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Develop recruitment strategies and pipelines for critical skillsets.
• Provide market insights and hiring strategy guidance to managers.
