TK Recruitment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Mexico City to lead the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to hiring—and to help manage daily office operations. The role involves engaging with top talent for a fast-growing FinTech start-up and contributing to a dynamic team in a multicultural environment.

The ideal candidate holds at least 2 years of HR or office management experience, excels in mass recruitment, and speaks English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in human resources and/or office management.
• Proven track record in mass recruitment and talent attraction.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats and take on additional responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Oversee day-to-day office routines and plan and execute company events.
• Manage employee benefits and report to the CEO as part of a lean start-up team.
