PepsiCo is seeking an I&O Senior Analyst to drive the Cloud, Infrastructure and Operations governance and improvements across CARICAM and IB regions. You will oversee end-user services, establish governance, metrics and compliance, and manage executive/vendor relationships to ensure high-quality IT service delivery.

You will lead PoCs, pilots, and technology evaluations, while coordinating with global teams to refresh lifecycle assets and optimize IT processes for a better user experience.

Formación

• 3+ years as processes leader / IT support coordinator.
• Experience leading proofs of concept, pilots, and service innovations.
• 3+ years in investment and expense budget lifecycle management.
• 3+ years managing vendors in multilingual/multi-technology environments.
• Experience identifying AI-driven opportunities to improve efficiency and data analytics.
• 3+ years in financial management process design.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure end-to-end support processes for users across LatAm locations, acting as SPOC for incident resolution and requirements fulfillment.
• Drive critical incident management and regional alignment with processes.
• Lead multiyear investment planning and provide insights to I&O leads.
• Assist CTO leads with proofs of concept and pilots to transform and digitize I&O processes.
• Produce market trend analyses and indicators to support innovation and IT goals.
• Maintain governance and tooling alignment with global IT service management.
• Coordinate budget preparation and tracking for investments and expenses.
• Support global programs for local CARICAM and IB implementations.
• Collaborate with global vendors to deliver value to the organization.
