PepsiCo in Mexico City seeks an Intercompany Accounting Manager to lead bookings, analysis and monthly reporting for LATAM, UK and related entities. You will ensure accurate aging of balances and coordinate with ICO parties to close books on time.

The role requires 5+ years in financial control, strong US GAAP/IFRS knowledge, COSO/SOX experience, and hands-on leadership of a small team. Hybrid work model and advanced English are expected.

Formación

• 5+ years in Financial Control
• 3+ years mentoring a team of associates
• Knowledge of USGAAP and/or IFRS
• Knowledge of COSO framework, GCS and SOX controls
• Strong technical knowledge in financial reporting, accounting and reconciliation
• Full-time, Monday–Friday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, hybrid work model
• Proficiency in English - Advanced

Responsabilidades

• Booking, analysis and reporting of Intercompany operations for LATAM, BNL and UK
• Ensure balance aging accuracy through monthly reconciliations and follow up with ICO parties
• Prepare reports to compare balances, investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Gather and organize information for audit support
• Report in Monthly Financial Package
• Ensure aging and proper booking and payment of invoices with ICO parties
