PepsiCo in Mexico City is transforming how Supply Chain teams work through digital solutions, and this role helps shape ServiceNow capabilities across the global organization. As a Supply Chain ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will bridge business users, technical teams, and capability owners to translate needs into scalable workflows and automation.

You will lead requirements gathering, UAT coordination, and cross-region collaboration, driving continuous improvement in employee experience

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations, configurations, or as a business user.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and ceremonies.
• Experience translating business needs into user stories and functional requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with business and technical audiences.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain or Service Management processes.
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders to understand challenges and define ServiceNow solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Act as liaison between business users, developers, and capability teams.
• Support design, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow workflows and forms.
• Coordinate with ESM backlog and stakeholders to prioritize work.
• Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Track project activities, risks, dependencies and milestones.
