PepsiCo NA S&T Network Infrastructure Team seeks a North American Associate Manager to lead end-to-end network delivery across the U.S. and Canada.

You will manage 2-3 large-scale network programs annually and 5-10 out-of-cycle initiatives, collaborating with IT towers, Engineering, and Security to ensure deployment standards. You will lead a diverse team of program managers, change coordinators, and vendors, driving innovation and strategic growth while maintaining strong business

Formación

• 8+ years IT infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years delivering infrastructure services (Network, Compute, Voice, Database, Unified Communications).
• 2+ years delivering complex end to end infrastructure programs (across multiple towers).
• Experience driving innovation and long term strategies.
• 2+ years reporting tools i.e. Tableau, Power BI.
• CCNA or equivalent certification.
• Experience in Cisco, Avaya voice and Teams UC solutions.
• 5+ years project management.
• PLM certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 2-3 large-scale network programs annually for PFNA/PBNA and shared locations.
• Manage 5-10 out-of-cycle programs supporting strategic growth.
• Consult with business teams to assess new technology needs.
• Partner with PepsiCo Engineering and Security to ensure standards.
• Oversee project managers, change coordinators, and vendors.
• Handle day-to-day escalations to keep projects on track.
