Job summary

BlackLine in Mexico City seeks an experienced Technical Implementation Consultant to configure connectors, APIs, and web services, ensuring seamless integrations with major ERPs and third-party apps. You will troubleshoot complex technical challenges and guide customers through technical aspects of BlackLine solutions.

Qualifications

• . 4-6 years in hands-on technical implementation or integration.
• . Strong ERP integration experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end technical configuration of BlackLine Connectors, APIs, and custom Web Services to meet project requirements.
• Manage integration of BlackLine with customer ERP systems and third-party apps ensuring data integrity and automation.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex API, data feed, and connectivity issues.
• Provide expert guidance on technical aspects of BlackLine solutions to customers.
• Review and provide feedback on integration guides, API specs, data mappings, and configurations.
• Contribute to improving integration methodologies and communicate feedback to Product team.
• Lead implementation meetings and presentations with stakeholders.
• Document customer interactions and implementation-related information.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Stay updated on BlackLine products and industry trends.
